supporting access to contemporary art and artists’ sustainability

Black Cube’s programs start with artist’s ideas. Every pop up exhibition or item in our shop is a part of the Artist Fellowship, a yearlong program which guides artists through the production of a site-specific pop up exhibition and provides one on one professional development support.

Visiting Critic Lectures

Black Cube invites leading curators, critics, and scholars of the contemporary art world for three separate visits every year. Each visit lasts several days and is comprised of a public lecture as well as private studio visits with Black Cube Artist Fellows.
